PURPOSE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
Kindra Connect, Inc. (“us”, “we” or “Kindra”) values your privacy and has created this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") so that you can understand our privacy policies and practices. The Privacy Policy describes:
Please read the Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing, using or viewing the Kinlia App, you explicitly understand, acknowledge and agree that we may, and you explicitly authorize us to, collect, store, transfer, use and share Information about you as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy was last updated, and is effective as of, the date indicated above under "Effective Date". As the Kinlia App evolves, we expect to update and revise the Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email or notifications on the Kinlia App if we have made material changes to the Privacy Policy. If you continue to access, view or use the Kinlia App after any changes to the Privacy Policy become effective, then you agree to the revised Privacy Policy and you understand, acknowledge and agree that the revised Privacy Policy supersedes any prior versions of the Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND STORE ABOUT YOU
We will collect and store "Personally Identifiable Information" about you. When we refer to Personally Identifiable Information, we mean Information that can actually identify a specific natural living person or that can be used to contact a specific natural living person (e.g., a first and last name, an email address or a mobile device identification). We will not share your Personally Identifiable Information except as discussed below.
Information You Provide
To use, access or view the Kinlia App, you will need to create an account ("Your Account") by signing up on the Kinlia App. You can sign up on the Kinlia App either by using your email address and a password or by connecting to the Kinlia App through your Apple® login. When you sign up using your email address and a password, you explicitly understand, acknowledge and agree that we will, and you explicitly authorize us to, collect and store Personally Identifiable Information about you consisting of your email address.
Your Info & Preferences. To set up a public profile on the Kinlia App ("Your Public Profile"), you will first be asked to provide some personal Information about yourself ("Your Info & Preferences "), including your:
The minimum Information that you will be required to provide to us in Your Info & Preferences is your name for Your Public Profile (again, which we recommend should not include your last name), your email address, age, gender, zip code and your partner preferences in terms of age range, gender, distance and religion. You may voluntarily provide or decline to provide to us all of the other requested Information (such as, e.g., your height, religion, childhood home, job, relationship preference, kin preferences and description of yourself in three words). By viewing, accessing or using the Kinlia App, you explicitly understand, acknowledge and agree that we will, and you explicitly authorize us to, collect and store any and all Information you provide to us in Your Info & Preferences.
Your Public Information. Your Public Information consists of:
We consider any and all Information that you communicate or send to Other Users using the "Conversations" feature of the Kinlia App to be private between you and Other Users. Accordingly, we will not access, view, use or share those communications or such Information (except in the circumstances described below under paragraph "3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION - Legal Disclosures"). However, we cannot control how you or Other Users use or share those communications or such Information. Therefore, we treat any and all Information that you communicate or send to Other Users using the "Conversations" feature of the Kinlia App as part of Your Public Information. Please see the discussion below under paragraph "3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION - Your Public Profile".
In addition, we may collect and store your communications with us (through the "Support Center" on the Kinlia App, email or otherwise), including your email address and any complaints that we may receive from you about Other Users or from Other Users about you and any comments, opinions, suggestions or feedback (and any ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, designs or inventions contained in them) that we may receive from you about the Kinlia App, parties or events sponsored or promoted by the Kinlia App or any other matters.
By accessing, viewing or using the Kinlia App, you explicitly understand, acknowledge and agree that we will, and you explicitly authorize us to, collect and store any and all Information comprising Your Public Information and all of your communications with us.
Log-in and Usage Data
We (or third party service providers acting on our behalf) automatically collect certain information from your browser or mobile device when you use the Kinlia App. This information may include, among other things:

We may use any and all Information that we collect about you (including Personally Identifiable Information) or you provide to us and any comments, opinions, suggestions or feedback (and any ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, designs or inventions contained in them) that we receive from you about the Kinlia App or any other matters :

By accessing, viewing or using the Kinlia App, you explicitly understand, acknowledge and agree that we may use, and you explicitly authorize us to use, in the manner and under the circumstances described above:
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We will not share your Information (including Personally Identifiable Information) except in the manner or under the circumstances described below or as described above under paragraph "2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION" or otherwise without your explicit consent.
Your Public Information. You understand, acknowledge and agree that all of Your Public Information is public and non-confidential and will be immediately visible, and may be viewed, collected and used throughout the world by any person who uses, accesses or views the Kinlia App. In addition, as discussed above, with your explicit, specific consent, we may share all or any part of Your Public Profile by displaying it in materials that we use to market or advertise the Kinlia App or events or parties sponsored or promoted by us. By viewing, accessing or using the Kinlia App, you explicitly understand, acknowledge and agree that we will, and you explicitly authorize us to, process all of Your Public Information and make all of Your Public Information publicly available on the Kinlia App.
We cannot control who reads Your Public Profile or what Other Users may do with the Information that you voluntarily post in Your Public Profile or communicate or send to Other Users through the "Conversations" feature of the Kinlia App or otherwise. Accordingly, we urge you to consider carefully the Information that you post about yourself in Your Public Profile or communicate or send to Other Users and to be discrete and cautious with your personal information that could be abused or misused. In particular, you are not permitted to post in Your Public Profile:
In addition, you are not required to provide any Information in Your Public Profile regarding your ethnicity, education, nationality, religion, relationship preference or sexual orientation. In this regard, please note that photographs, video recordings and text contained in Your Public Profile may disclose personal information about you, such as your ethnicity, education, nationality, religion, relationship preference or sexual orientation. When you post Information about yourself in Your Public Profile or communicate with Other Users through the "Conversations" feature of the Kinlia App or otherwise, the amount of personal Information that you share about yourself with Other Users is at your own risk.
Third Party Service Providers. We engage third parties to provide certain services and perform certain functions for us related to the Kinlia App. We may share with these third parties your Personally Identifiable Information and Information contained in Your Info & Preferences, Your Public Profile or your communications with us or Other Users, to the extent necessary for these third parties to provide those services and perform those functions on our behalf.
Legal Disclosures. We may share your Personally Identifiable Information and Information contained in Your Info & Preferences, Your Public Profile (including your communications with other Users) or your communications with us, without your consent or notice to you, in the following circumstances:
In some of the following circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.
Business Transactions. We may share and sell or transfer your Personally Identifiable Information and Information contained in Your Info & Preferences, Your Public Profile or your communications with us or Other Users, without your consent or notice to you, in connection with a merger or restructuring involving us, sale of any of our assets or business or our bankruptcy or dissolution.
Aggregated Non-Personal Information. We may use and share aggregated, non-personal Information about you and Other Users under the circumstances described above and also share such aggregated, non-personal Information with third parties, including potential or actual investors, lenders, marketing partners, advisors and other persons or entities, for business purposes.
4. DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURE
Under California law, an operator of an online service is required to disclose (a) how it responds to “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers a choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across different third party Web sites or online services, if the operator engages in that collection and (b) whether other third parties may collect personally identifiable information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across different third party Web sites or online services when the consumer uses the operator's online service. We do not engage in the collection of personally identifiable information about individual users of the Kinlia App regarding their online activities over time and across different third party Web sites or online services. In addition, we do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about individual users of the Kinlia App regarding their online activities over time and across different third party Web sites or online services when such users are using the Kinlia App.
5. OUR DATA RETENTION POLICY
You may terminate Your Account at any time for any reason by contacting us at the "Support Center" on the Kinlia App or by email at support@kinlia.com. If Your Account is terminated at your request, we will take reasonable measures to remove Your Public Profile from the Kinlia App within 30 days of your request, and we will take reasonable measures to delete from our records Your Public Profile and all other Information about you following the six-month anniversary of your request. This will enable you to reinstate Your Account and have Your Public Profile reinstated on the Kinlia App during this six-month period if you change your mind about terminating Your Account. You should not expect that we will be able to reinstate your Account or Your Public Profile after this six-month period. However, we will retain such Information about you that we reasonably determine that we need to preserve in any of the circumstances described above under "3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION - Legal Disclosures" and "- Business Transactions" or for legitimate business purposes (such as for analytical and recordkeeping purposes), subject to applicable legal requirements.
Please note that, even if you delete information, content or materials from Your Public Profile or even if we delete Your Public Profile from the Kinlia App, copies of such information, content or materials or Your Public Profile may still be available and viewable to the extent that such information, content or materials or Your Public Profile has been shared with others or copied or stored (e.g., by a screen shot) by Other Users. We cannot control these circumstances and are not responsible for such information, content or materials or Your Public Profile continuing to be available and viewable in these circumstances.
6. YOUR CHOICES ABOUT COLLECTION, USE AND SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION
As mentioned above, to set up Your Public Profile, the minimum Information that you will be required to provide to us in Your Info & Preferences is your name for Your Public Profile (which we recommend should not include your last name), your email address, age, gender, zip code and partner preferences, but none of this Information, except for your name, age and gender, will be shown in Your Public Profile. You may voluntarily provide or decline to provide to us all other requested Information. You may choose not to provide any of the required Information, but you will not be able to use the Kinlia App if you don't provide all of the required Information.
The minimum Information that will be shown in Your Public Profile is your name for Your Public Profile and your age and gender. You may voluntarily share other information about yourself in Your Public Profile, but you are not required to do so.
Except as discussed above, we will not share your first and last name or your email address with any third party without your prior consent.
You may opt-out of push notifications from us by adjusting the "notifications" setting in your mobile device. You may opt out of email and other communications from us by following the specific instructions to unsubscribe or opt-out contained in the communication or by contacting us at the "Support Center" on the Kinlia App or by email at support@kinlia.com.
7. HOW YOU CAN VIEW AND CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You are able to view and correct any Information you have provided by accessing Your Info & Preferences and Your Public Profile and changing or deleting any Information you previously provided.
8. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
You understand and acknowledge that mobile communications and applications may be subject to breaches of security and that Information that you provide to us or post on the Kinlia App, or that we collect about you, may not be secure. You will consider this before using the Kinlia App or providing or posting any Information about yourself on the Kinlia App and you understand, acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk. We take security measures to help protect your Personally Identifiable Information and your other Information from loss or unauthorized access or disclosure. However, it is not possible for us to guarantee the security of your Personally Identifiable Information or your other Information or your communications through the Kinlia App. Therefore, we do not represent or guarantee, and you should not expect, that your Personally Identifiable Information, other Information or communications with us or Other Users will always remain secure.
9. NOTICE CONCERNING CHILDREN
We require users of the Kinlia App to be at least 18 years of age. We do not intend for anyone under the age of 18 to use the Kinlia App in any manner, and we do not market or direct any of our content specifically to persons less than 18 years of age. We understand and are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children’s privacy online. If we become aware that a person under the age of 18 has set up an account or a public profile on the Kinlia App, we will delete that person's account and public profile and all of that person's Information from the Kinlia App.
